The Process: Once you have completed your commission purchase I will contact you to confirm your order and the character you are requesting. All commissions are for a single figure with a light optional background. Please let me know which costume you would like as well as what Props such as guns or swords that you want in the image. The subject must be an existing character with an established costume. I will not design any original costumes unless agreed upon preior to purchase.
All commissions are done on 11×14, Strathmore Bristol Paper. You have a choice of Finished Pencils or Line art & Copic Marker gray tones.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Will you draw anything? I reserve the right to refuse any commission request. Should your request be refused your payment will be returned immediately. If you have doubts about your request then please CONTACT ME first.
2. Can I get something more elaborate? I do commissions in this manner so that I can complete them more quickly. I STRONGLY suggest that you stick to these guidelines if you would like to get your art as fast as possible. However, feel free to CONTACT ME with your request and I will give you a quote and an estimated time to complete it.
3. Can I purchase more than one at a time? Yes, but please remember that it will take longer to complete multiple commissions.
4. Where can I see some of the Commissions you’ve done? You can view them right here on this website or in MY YAHOO GROUP. The Yahoo Group contains my other more “risque” images.
5. Can I publish your image? If you are the copyright owner of the character, yes, but you must request and recieve a signed release from me prior to publication for promotion or profit. If you are a collector then please feel free to publish the image in your online galleries only. Unauthorized uses are strickly forbidden.
6. I’m a publisher/company, can I hire you for a job? Please CONTACT ME with the details such as budget, subject matter and time table and we can discuss if I would be able to work your project into my schedule.
7. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the final image? Sorry but no! All sales are final.
8. Do you ship internationally? Yes I ship anywhere in the world.
9. What is the shipping cost? Shipping is $6.00 for buyers in the U.S. $15.00 for international customers. The art is securely packaged to insure safe and undamaged arrival.
